​Kind, energetic and inspiring. I loved my first session with Nina. I've been sedentary for the past few months. She gave me a great full-body workout involving body weight, free weights, cable pulls and bench work, along with a nice core workout at the end. She is very good at listening to feedback, keeping me distracted through those planks, and giving detailed advice on nutrition. Looking forward to building with her!

I have had trainers in the past so I know what having a good trainer means. Nina is absolutely amazing - I haven't had such great workouts in a while, I sweat a ton! Nina definitely pushes me but is patient and so kind in meeting me where I am now, but helping me get to where I want to be. I have had 4 sessions so far and I'm glad I found Nina to be my trainer for the next few months - I can totally see myself achieving my goals with Nina! As an added bonus, total fun person to be around, tons of energy and positive vibes and great conversation - especially when you need a bit of distraction to make it to the end!
