In-person training
Join me for private, in person training at a fully equipped studio in Chelsea, New York, a space designed for focus, progress, and personalized attention.
Prefer to train at home? I also offer in home and apartment gym sessions across New York City, bringing everything you need for an effective and enjoyable workout directly to you. If you do not have equipment, that is perfectly fine. I will design a session that fits your space and your goals.

Virtual session
No matter where you are or what equipment you have, we will create a personalized program that truly works for you. Whether you are training at home, outdoors, or in a full gym, I will guide you through thoughtful, effective workouts designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build lasting results.
Each virtual session is 60 minutes and is tailored to your goals, experience, and available equipment.

Group training
Small group strength sessions of up to four people designed for those who enjoy training in a shared, motivating environment. Each person follows their own individualized program, tailored to their current fitness level and personal goals, while benefiting from the energy and support of a group setting.
Sessions are 60 minutes and structured to ensure everyone receives quality coaching, attention to form, and thoughtful progression.
