Virtual session 

Meet with me from anywhere in the world, with whatever equipment you do or do not have. We can change your body from anywhere.

I offer both 30-minute and 60-minute sessions to fit your schedule. New clients can start with a 45-minute trial session for just $20.

In-person training

​Train in my fully equipped personal training studio located in Belltown, Seattle, or meet me at one of several training locations throughout Paris.

 

All in-person sessions are 60 minutes, with a 45-minute trial session available for just $30.

Program Design

Program Design is ideal for those who are already consistent with getting to the gym but want expert guidance on what to do once they’re there. If you’re looking for a structured, goal-oriented plan to follow, this option is for you.

Initial call is free and we meet every 3-6 weeks to adjust and progress your program.​
