Training options

Virtual session
No matter where you are or what equipment you have, we’ll create a personalized program that works for you. Whether you’re training at home, outdoors, or in a full gym, I’ll guide you through effective workouts designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and see real results.
Each virtual session lasts 60 minutes and is tailored to your goals, experience, and available equipment.
New clients are welcome to start with a complimentary 45-minute trial session to experience the process firsthand.

In-person training
Join me for private, in-person training at a fully equipped studio in the heart of Belltown, Seattle, a space built for focus, progress, and personalized attention.
Prefer to train at home? I also offer in-home and apartment gym sessions, bringing everything you need for a great workout directly to you. No equipment? No problem. I’ll design a session that fits your space and your goals.
All in-person sessions are 60 minutes, with a complimentary 45-minute introductory session for new clients.
