About Me
Originally from the Bay Area, my love for strength training and fitness began back in high school. What started as helping friends in the gym and coaching soccer quickly turned into a deeper calling. I had found my passion for guiding others toward becoming their strongest, most confident selves.
Since 2017, I’ve been a certified personal trainer, working with clients of all backgrounds to build sustainable, healthy lifestyles. I’m currently based in Seattle, WA, but I travel frequently and primarily offer virtual sessions so clients can train with me from anywhere.
My approach goes beyond just the physical. I’m deeply passionate about the mental and emotional side of fitness, because real, lasting transformation begins from within. I believe your mindset and belief system directly shape your quality of life. Part of my work is helping clients realign their thought patterns to match the strong, healthy body they’re creating so they can show up as their best, most powerful selves in all areas of life.
