This is not about quick fixes or chasing exhaustion. It is about developing strength that supports your life, including better posture, resilient joints, confidence under load, and habits you can sustain long term.
About Me
I was adopted from China and grew up in the Bay Area, where I first fell in love with movement through running and soccer. Over time, that love for running turned into an obsession with being smaller and controlling my body through restriction. My relationship with food and myself became unhealthy and exhausting.
Strength training changed everything. It gave me a place to feel powerful, capable, and at home in my body. Instead of shrinking myself, I learned how to take up space, build strength, and rebuild trust with myself. That journey became my passion.
Today, I help others develop a healthier, more sustainable relationship with their body, movement, and self. We only get one body — and when we learn to care for it, respect it, and work with it, that shift can be truly life changing.
